Most UK orders are received within approx 1-3 working days, but delivery times are not under our control as we use various delivery companies and delays do sometimes happen especially at busy periods, So please allow enough time for your order.

Returns & Replacements
Should any item be unsuitable.
We will refund you the amount less the cost of p & p within 30 days of receipt of the unwanted items,
return payment will be made by cheque or by original credit card, Under the following conditions.
* All items must be returned by recorded delivery at your cost within 14 days of receipt.
* All items must be returned in original packaging undamaged/unused.
* Certain items cannot be returned once opened because of risk of tampering i.e E-Liquid
